The institution is a private institution and is approved to operate by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE). 

Approval to operate means compliance with state standards as set forth in the CEC and 5, CCR. 

The institution may not imply that the Bureau endorses programs, or that the Bureau approval means the institution exceeds minimum state standards. (CEC §94909(a)(2) and §94897(I)(1)(2)).


The institution is currently not accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education. 

The following is a statement of the known limitations of each degree program, including, but not limited to, all of the following:

• A degree program that is unaccredited or a degree from an unaccredited institution is not recognized for some employment positions, including, but not limited to, positions with the State of California.

• A student enrolled in an unaccredited institution is not eligible for federal financial aid programs.
